Due to Brexit, we deliver only to part of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland) at the moment .

 Delivery options: 

United Kingdom:

  • Standard | Royal Mail (3-5 working days) is £2.50 or FREE on orders £20 and over

International Delivery:

We deliver overseas to ONLY the United States Of America

  • Royal Mail International Standard (6-7 working days) is £10 on all orders

There is likely to be longer delivery times than normal during peak seasons and when there is any industrial strike action taken by Royal Mail.



Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Darkkins order, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
